Interstellar Council
The Interstellar Council are the "owners" and "founders" of the Axiom System. Their task is to assure the safety and infrastructure of their respective planet. One member of the Council is known as an Authority.
As of now, there are currently nine Authorities:

Next to the Interstellar Council, there are other Authorities known as Minor Authorities. They are people who are assigned to a planet's moon or have a major role in the Council without the assignment of a planet.
